Storage Tips & Reminders

 

  • Remember to step on the lip at the bottom of the door below the latch when opening or closing the unit
  • Building lights are sensor-operated and should automatically illuminate at dusk
  • Use ONE quality lock to protect your belongings (disc locks keyed differently recommended)
  • Please call us if you have any lock issues (lost keys, etc.). DO NOT attempt to cut locks yourself
  • DO NOT attach or insert anything (in)to walls or ceilings
  • Keep absorbent items (such as fabrics or cardboard) out of direct contact with cement floor
  • Wrapping your fabric items in plastic is not recommended
  • DO NOT store flammable or toxic substances, or containers that may burst
  • DO NOT store ANY food (as it is counterproductive to the pest control effort)
  • DO NOT disturb the outdoor rodent bait stations
  • Please keep pets and trash in your vehicles
  • NO public sales on the property
  • Payment coupons are available upon request
